Scope and access
Bostrm Creator Ops is a personal-use, operator-controlled local tool for its owner. It is not a public signup service. This policy describes the tool and this informational website at bostrm.io.
OAuth client credentials and authorized tokens are stored locally outside the project and are intended for owner-only access. The static website does not receive those credentials or provide a Google sign-in flow.
Google data we use
Google data is used for owner-requested channel operations and email review. YouTube read-only permission allows review of channel and video information; YouTube upload permission supports prepared video uploads. Uploads are currently private only, with human approval required before release.
Gmail read-only permission allows searching and reading selected messages and their content for the owner’s review. The tool does not send email, delete messages, or mark messages as read.
AI-assisted review and disclosure
When the owner requests AI-assisted review, selected messages and relevant context may be transmitted to configured external AI inference providers. The providers currently used are OpenAI and/or Anthropic, depending on the agent configuration.
These providers process transmitted content under their own applicable terms and policies. Their retention and data-use rules can depend on the service and configuration. This policy does not promise zero retention or claim control over provider training practices.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising by this tool. Bostrm Creator Ops does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
Local records and retention
The operator’s local logs and session transcripts may retain selected message content, channel information, or outputs from a requested task. External inference providers may also retain submitted content under their applicable terms.
There is no automatic retention-period or deletion guarantee. The operator can review and remove local records and tokens; deleting local records does not by itself delete copies retained by a provider. Contact the operator about a specific data-handling question.
Google API Limited Use
Bostrm Creator Ops is intended to use and transfer information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access and any transfer for AI-assisted review are limited to the owner-requested functions described here.
This is a statement of intended data handling, not a claim of Google certification, endorsement, or completed verification.
Revoke access and remove tokens
The owner can revoke access in Google account connections. Revocation may affect multiple OAuth clients in the same Google Cloud project, not just one local tool.
The operator can also delete locally stored OAuth tokens to remove that local authorization. Token deletion does not erase previously retained logs, session transcripts, or provider records; those must be handled separately.
This website and external links
This is a static informational site. It uses no app analytics, app cookies, trackers, forms, external fonts, or client-side scripts. No Google account data is collected through these pages.
Cloudflare, the website hosting provider, may process request metadata such as IP addresses and request details to serve and secure the site, under its own policies. This is separate from application analytics.
The YouTube channel link takes you to a separate service governed by YouTube and Google policies. Their practices are not controlled by this website.
