Personal-use tool, not a public service

Bostrm Creator Ops is an operator-controlled tool for the owner’s channel operations and email review. These pages do not offer a public service, account access, an API, a signup, or a right to use the private tools. Visiting this site does not grant access to any Google account.

Operator responsibilities

The operator is responsible for authorizing account access, reviewing AI-assisted outputs, and complying with applicable law and Google and YouTube policies. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must not be treated as verified facts without review.

YouTube uploads are currently private only. Human approval is required before release. Gmail access is read-only: the tool does not send, delete, or mark messages as read.

Content and third-party rights

The creator’s original assets, including original Bostrm artwork and original channel material, remain with their respective rights holders. Viewing this website does not transfer ownership or grant a license to republish those assets.

This statement does not assert ownership of games, game footage rights held by others, music, trademarks, or other third-party material. Those remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and applicable permissions.

No performance or monetization promises

The website and tool are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, channel growth, audience size, monetization eligibility, or earnings. No release schedule or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims warranties for the informational site and personal-use tool. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Data and external services

Use of the private tool is subject to the data handling described in the privacy policy, including possible transmission of selected email content to configured external AI inference providers and retention in local logs or provider systems.

Google, YouTube, Cloudflare, and AI inference providers have their own terms and policies. Links to those services do not imply endorsement or a change to their terms.

Changes and contact

The operator may change or discontinue the site or private tool. These terms may be updated as its scope changes; the effective date appears above.
